In accordance with Board of Regents Policy 7.3.3、所有学杂费均已到期 payable on or before the last day of the drop/add period for the specific academic 术语.

Exceptions to the timely payment of tuition and fees are as follows:

    1. Deferment of tuition and fees up to the amount authorized for a specific academic 术语 for students whose fees are guaranteed and will be paid by an outside agency under a documented 协议 with the institution. 例子包括:陆军、海军 Air Force, Marines, Florida and Alabama Prepaid, South Carolina 学费 Prepayment Program, UPS 学费 Prepayment, Georgia Independent Living (GA DFACS), East Central GA (WIA) 
    2. Deferment of tuition and fees up to the amount of aid granted for a specific academic 术语 for students with institutionally administered loan or scholarship in process.
    3. Deferment of tuition and fees up to the limited stated in the certificate or other document for a specified academic 术语 for foreign students who have a certificate or other acceptable documented evidence that payment will be made after a statement of charges from the student has been presented for payment.
    4. Election, by the institution to collect fees, in advance, on an installment basis specifically for housing and dining fees. 示例:Nelnet计划
    5. Submission of an approved 计划 to the USG Office of Fiscal Affairs electing to collect tuition and mandatory fees on an installment basis in advance of services provided. 示例:Nelnet计划

To maintain compliance with BOR policy, EGSC will consider all forms of fee payment to assist students in meeting established fee payment deadlines. 学生不会 be allowed to maintain registration hours that exceed the amount of Federal Financial 协助授权. 学生 having applied for financial aid, but not yet approved, will be counseled concerning all forms of financial assistance including a fee payment 计划. USG Fiscal Affairs will de术语ine applicability of fee payment 计划s. 学生 with extenuating circumstances surrounding the status of their student account will 根据具体情况进行考虑.

Beginning in the spring 2017, the official tuition and fee payment deadline will be on the third business 学期的第一天 (spring/fall). 因不出席而取消 will occur, as usual, on the seventh business 学期的第一天. 第十件事 学期的第一天, students must have an established guarantee of payment 协议. The cancellation for non-payment of tuition and fees will occur on the 15th business 学期的第一天. 学生 will be allowed five business days to 重新注册 and pay outstanding tuition and fee obligations.

Within the week following the cancellation for non-payment, students who have had their registration removed will have the opportunity to choose to 重新注册. 学生 choosing to 重新注册 and pay for fewer hours than their full schedule will be making a financial decision regarding the course(s) for which they will 重新注册 affording them the opportunity to continue the pursuit of their academic course of study.

Following this deadline—on the 20th business 学期的第一天, all class rosters will 被认为已完成. 将通知全体教员 and students who no longer appear on course rosters will be required to discontinue 出席.

Maymester

The official tuition and fee payment deadline will be on the first day of the Maymester. On the first 学期的第一天, students must have an established guarantee of payment 协议. Those who do not will have their classes canceled. 将通知全体教员 and students who no longer appear on course rosters will be required to discontinue 出席.

夏季(全日制和迷你学期)

The official tuition and fee payment deadlines for Summer semester will be on the first day of the Full and mini-mester 术语s. 迷你学期课程将被取消 on the first 学期的第一天 and students will be granted 5 days to pay 和注册. 学生 in Full 术语 courses who have a promise to pay will be granted to the 5th day of classes before classes are canceled. They will have until the 10th day to pay 和注册. Following cancellation for non-payment, faculty will be notified and students who no longer appear on course rosters will be required to discontinue 出席.

秋季和春季迷你学期

The official tuition and fee payment deadline for mini-mesters will be the first day 迷你学期. 迷你学期课程将被取消 on the first day 迷你学期, 如果5便士前未收到付款.m. and students will be granted 5 days to pay and 重新注册.
